RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because each piece is handcrafted and truly unique, all sales are final. I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Please double-check sizing before placing your order, as I’m unable to remake or refund pieces due to incorrect sizing.
I want you to feel confident in your purchase—if you have any questions about fit, sizing, or materials, feel free to reach out before ordering. I’m always happy to help.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
Each package is fully insured for the purchase price to protect your order while in transit. Once your package has been scanned as delivered by USPS, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the buyer.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. I am not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
I am also not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery, including theft from mailboxes or porches. If this is a concern, I recommend having your package delivered to a secure location.
If your package is marked as lost or damaged in transit, please contact me so I can assist with the insurance claim process.
